Is it easy to beat computers?  Yes.  Is it easy to beat real people?  No!

A common fact that is very true.  So do you know what to do?  Sabatoge!  Break the remote, cover the screen, use Action Replay!

Point is it’s not all easy.

Sega Superstars Tennis Tricks

Control the Ball

Hit the ball while tilting your analog stick at the direction you want the ball to go.  That’s it.

If the ball comes from your right side and you hit it the right it will go fast, but if you hit it left it’ll go slower.

Super Star Mode

When you activate it your character will become bigger, stronger, and faster too (he’s the king of the jungle!) + everytime you hit the ball special things happen like banana balls, twisty balls, etc.

So when you get it its recommended that you hit all of the ball if you’re in team mode.

Now if it’s used against you, it’s not the end of the world.  Some character have pretty lame super moves.  Or you can manage to hit it back.

You get a ton of weapons, and some vehicles. Prepare to be kamikaze bazooka’d. And sometimes Banzai’d. Some psychos will literally lunge at you, hoping to either catch you off guard or stab you.

On another hand, looting enemy guns, burning peasants, and calling air strikes to literally strike down people is just adding to the fun of this multiplayer Wii game.

Unfortunately in this game you play with a friend shooting on your screen unlike the other versions where they are their own character.

Call of Duty 5: World at War Gameplay

Gameplay

You start out captured by the Japanese in WWII.  You watch as a fellow soldier gets tortured to death, but just before its your turn you get saved.  Now it’s time for revenge!

Fulfill mission objectives as you blow up, shoot, and stab enemy soldiers.  That’s really all you have to do in this game!

Call of Duty 5: World at War Multiplayer

Multiplayer

There are two multiplayer modes.

Co-Op

You play two players in the campaign, with your friend as an invisible gun. Player 1 is the guy that moves around, and the camera follows your angle so generally you get the best aim, while your friend pathetically tries to aim.

Nintendo WFC

You get to pick five pre-made classes, three of which you start with, and must level up to unlock them, as well as character creation.

Conclusion

Call Of Duty 5: World At War is a fun multiplayer Wii game, especially if you like shooting. You can do all the campaign over and over again, because it can be incredibly fun to shoot all of those Germans with that sweet Type 99.

The game is a very explosive one, with surprises every moment. Make sure you expect that guy with a shotgun on the top of that flight of stairs. Make sure you expect that bayonet charge.

All and all, this is a must have for FPS fans, even more so if you are a Call of Duty fan!

Platinum Tickets is for when you die.  If you don’t want to go all the way back to the beginning, use the platinum ticket.  It will bring you back to before you die.

You could change monster into items, but sometimes you need to do it the other way around.

Virtua Tennis 2009 Gameplay

Controls

Okay it’s a tennis game, but still the game is still a tennis game.  You know how you hit the ball, you have to figure out when to hit to get it where?

Well in this game there is a meter that shows you where the ball is compared to your height, simply put the game tells you when to hit the ball to get the desired direction.

• Swing the Wiimote to hit the ball
• Use the nunchuck to move around (or take it off and the game moves for you)

The movement thing is pretty similar to Grand Slam Tennis if you haven’t noticed.  You have to swing weaker, at specific times, etc to do lobs and many other special shots as oppose to pressing specific buttons.

Gameplay

You play tennis.  If you’re not interested in tennis I somehow doubt you’ll be here so I’m sure you know.

You can just jump into the game or you can go to World Tour Mode and:

• create your own custom character
• Play mini-games/matches for money
• And then buy equipments and all sorts of other goodies

Be warned the game follow real time so everything you do waste stamina you have to take vacation/breaks when you’re out

You’ll be taught by the legendary tennis player Tim Henman.  He really doesn’t help you except for tutorials and improving your characters.  When you’re ready take the tennis game online!

Virtua Tennis 2009 Multiplayer

What’s there to say?  Online matches + offline matches (with friends) + mini-games = lot’s of things to do.

Play online with other people in a ranking system.  Win and go up against harder people, lose and well, play with people more of your… stature.

You play singles or doubles, up to 4 people total can play.  Choose your courts and other fun options and try to get aces.

There are 12 mini-games and they are:

• Alien Attack – Attack alien blocks with ground strokes (note: the alien shoots the ball at you)
• Avalanche – Collect fruits as tennis balls come flying at you!
• Block Buster – It’s like playing tennis with a wall, except the wall breaks and you get points for it!
• Count Mania – It’s the dreaded, hit the specific area of a court game.  Hit a spot that’s labeled with numbers starting from 1.
• Court Curling – Hit the ball into a space to get points
• Drum Topple – There are red drums.  You have to hit them with your best shot to knock them down!
• Meat Defender – Protect the meat on your side from crocodiles.  No…you’re not going to smack them with your racket, you’re going to hit ground strokes at them
• Pin Crusher – Think bowling + Tennis.
• Pirate Wars – Pirate ships shoot tennis balls and cannon balls.  Avoid the cannon, but try to hit the tennis ball back at the ships.
• Pot Shop – Think pool/billiards + Tennis balls as the cue stick.
• Shopping Dash – Collect shopping items while avoiding getting hit by tennis balls.
• Zoo Feeder – Animals are hungry!  The zookeeper will throw food at you, and it’s your job to strike it at the animal.

Conclusion

With a lot of mini-games and the classic tennis matches, this is a great bundle of fun.

The controls are somewhat unique combined with the bars and specific ways to hit special balls make this game even more unique.

To top it all of the game also has Nintendo WFC!  Sweetish!

Spyorgs is a hardcore beat ‘em up multiplayer Wii game.  What this game is missing is made up the senseless beating of hoards of enemies.  However what happens when things get too hard?  You die.

So here are some ideas to get the best of your situation.

Spyborgs Tricks

There are 3 characters and besides their style the game is played through the same.

Difficulty Level

Getting killed at a high difficulty level?  Well that’s how we all started out on.  What to do?  Lower your expectation in switch your difficulty level during the game (seriously, you can do that)

The Blue Circle

At the end of each level do you notice the blue thing on the floor?  Jump and smash into it to get some nice goodies.  Anything will help you right?

Smash Everything for Goodies

Break furniture, walls, and everything else you can to get the red color spheres for power-ups.  However the real way of getting them is to break boxes that have them.  The boxes will give you more then you can ever get from breaking boxes.

Hidden Boxes

If you see places with a pretty obvious…invisibility camoflauge, point the Wiimote at it, click, shake your Wiimote, and then you’ll reveal hidden boxes.  It could be health, spendin’ money for power-ups, or other stuff.

When to Call it Quits

It’s easy to combo enemies to death, but it’s not always as simple as that.  The enemies will block you and you’ll get hurt, bad.

So to avoid this when you notice the enemy is blocking, block yourself or run!  When they block that usually means they’re going to attack.

Fighting for the spheres

If you haven’t noticed when you gather the health spheres it’ll heal you, but what happens if you have full health?  It goes straight to your ally.  So I say: go ahead and hog them for yourself!

Death

What happens when your friend dies?  Don’t give up hope, because unlike Dynasty Warrior the game doesn’t end right there.  Instead if you manage to fend of the hoard in the area, your friend come back to life.  Weak, but alive.

Alright, that one game with tennis! Yeah, I got nothing. The important thing is that you can smash shots quickly and shoot super shots of ultimate smashing. That’s right, you can smash people! In the face! And win! Oh, and timing’s only kinda important. Yeah, I’m done here.

• Okay, you swing to well…swing.
• D-pad/Nunchuck to move, as always.
• A-swing for a strong shots.
• B + swing is for weak shots

Yeah, okay, that’s it. There are multiple swings, but I’ll just leave that to the tutorial.

Gameplay

Okay, for some reason, Mario and his crew of MAJOR AND WELL RECOGNIZED characters are playing tennis. Don’t ask me why. Oh, also, Bowser’s playing a friendly game as well. Yeah, I don’t know the plot too well, but at least it’s a swell game.

Mario Power Tennis Multiplayer

Okay,   basically, you can play minigames with up to four people, and exhibition with also up to four people. They play as their favorite characters, or their most effective (Like they’re good with Waluigi, but like Mario) Well, whatever. Play, win, and then repeat.

Conclusion

Okay, Super Mario Tennis is a great tennis game. You probably will like it if you like tennis, but if you don’t know, you should try it out. Tennis is a good game, but only if you try. Oh, and here’s a hint: Think. I won’t elaborate on that.

Also, utilization of the tutorial is extremely useful. Especially if you don’t know what’s going on. If you don’t know what shots do, look into it. Well, this game is a must-have for Tennis Lovers, and Wii owners.

Things You Can Interact With

If you can interact with objects that most likely means you have to do something involving the objects sooner or lady.  Now it could be there for just some fun jokes, but some of the time it could be used for something important.

Using the Hints

Now if you’re completely stumped in the game you could either A. go online to look for the answer or… B. Go to the hints.

The hints will tell you what to do.  At first it’ll hint at things, but eventually as time passes on and new hints are unlocked you get more direct to the point hints (or even secrets to skip parts of the game).

The game is rather simple.

• Swing your wiimote to swing.
• the nunchuck is for movement. As with the D-Pad.
• And, like that other TENNIS game, you can press the “AB (A and B)” button to go SUPER FOOOOOOOOOORRRMMM!!! When your meter is charged.  When this happens everytime you hit the ball you get special curves.

Gameplay

Okay, so you’ll be flying from planet to planet to compete in TENNIS!! Also, you need to build your rep, so you can join other joints. And then you unlock other characters and maps.

NOW GO FIGHT TO THE DEATH!!…Errrrr…GO TENNIS TO THE DEATH UNTIL YOU PASS OUT FROM EXHAUSTION MULTIPLE TIMES UNTIL YOUR BODY’S FATIGUE FINALLY BRINGS YOU TO DEEEEEEEAAAATHHHH.

So right, you’ll be playing singles or doubles with 2 to 4 friends. Yes Nintendo WFC here! Not just good ol’ fashion LAN. Okay, now then, you play with/as a lot of people.

Also, ironically, you can choose the same person, have your friend choose the same person, and meet another person who did the same thing with the same characters and have 4 of the same people!

Conclusion

In this game, you’re basically a tennis guy. Swing that racket. Win. Rinse and repeat. Also, you have minigames, but they’re not very good. I think. Whatever. This game isn’t a must have, but if you liked those Ye Old Characters, you should get this game.

Another thing: the maps have attributes, as do the characters. Speed, Power, you get the drill. Also, watch out for those stampedes! So yeah, that’s about it. Not exactly a must have, but still pretty swell.
