Guilty Gear XX Accent Core is a two dimensional game with TWO dimensions. That’s right, TWO! Not one, now three, TWO! Not cool, right? I know quite a few good 2D.
fighting games, though. This is not number one…
…but you should check this one out anyways if you’re a fan of Guilty Gear.
This multiplayer Wii game is one of those multiplayer Wii games that you should always:
Have a Gamecube/Classic remote for. ‘Cause for some reason, some Wii games are better
with Gamecube/classic remotes, especially since you’re not going to know what swinging the Wiimote does, and that pressing A and X is simpler then D-Pad “Left/Right”.
The game will have a lot of fighting, so be prepared get your hardcore on.
You might also need your trigger happy finger, and your godly reaction speed. And your indomnible fighting spirit.
Okay, I think that’s all you need.

Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Gameplay
Controls
Basically, you’ll be mashing on the D-pad for all of your unidirectional attacks, and, like all other fighting games, you’ll be using the nunchuck to move. Also, you
can press A to know your enemy into the air so they’ll be repeatedly combo’d into death.
Gameplay
In this game, you’ll be playing all the characters you have. Not to mention all the paths and extra characters you can get…and the other modes…yup, you’re in for a lot of action.
This is what siblings and friends with better skills then you have are for. You know, besides training and multiplayer.
Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Multiplayer
In this game, you’ll be fighting to the death with your friends. Really, that’s it. I guess you could fight until your fingers fall off in training mode, or compete in MoM mode, where your opponents drop money.
Conclusion
This is a good game, with plenty of fighting left and right. While the controls can get really confusing, it’s still fun to zap and burn your opponents.
It can get boring if you play the same character all the time. Of course, there’s one guy who’s the same as another one. Everyone else is the same though. Yes, even the robot copy of a guy.
This is a pretty fun game. It has a neat little charm to it, but there are better games *Cough*Brawls*Cough*. If you’re an avid fan of fighting games, you would definitely like this game.
I would recommend you to buy this game, but you can rent it at Gamefly starting as low as $8.95 or Try For Free!
