I’m looking for some cheap GBA games, but many might be hard to find because the system has been out for so long. Can anyone recommend some online stores that stock or specializes in GBA titles? Thanks.

No stores will do them now, so your best bet by far is usign ebay.
If your new to ebay, check the sellers feedback, make sure they have around 100% with quite a few feedback left.
Plus always check the completed listings to see how much the game has gone for in the past
